The Challenge Discovery Kids needed a high-energy promo and a comprehensive motion graphics toolkit to announce its integration into the MAX streaming platform. The goal was to communicate that the beloved kids' content now lives within a broader ecosystem without losing its playful, recognizable identity.

The Concept.
The Intersection of Worlds The core of the visual strategy was found in the geometry of the brands. By identifying the formal synergy between the Discovery Kids circle and the HBO MAX "O", we created a bridge. This intersection became the "engine" of the piece: a portal where colors, characters, and textures collide and blend.

02 — Design Strategy & Dynamics - Geometric Synergy.
We utilized the circle as a transitional element, allowing the brands to morph into one another through intersections.

03 — Storyboard A detailed storyboard to "stitch" the song’s rhythm with iconic properties, seamlessly weaving 2D graphics and 3D brand elements. This narrative flow ensures that series footage and the toolkit dynamics move in perfect sync to announce the new home on MAX.
04 — Motion System
Is the central motion principle. Layers don't replace each other — they accumulate, overlap and dissolve. The logo animation sets the tone: something emerges from the darkness without ever fully arriving. Lower thirds and map animations follow the same logic — information that feels uncovered rather than presented.
