Sports Broadcast — Information System
Futsal Euro 2018
— DMAX España
01 — Overview & Concept
A sports broadcast event generates enormous amounts of information — matches, dates, teams, stages, quotes. This is a proposal I directed at Inland Studio, the motion design studio I co-founded, for DMAX España's UEFA Futsal Euro 2018 broadcast — a complete typographic system that handles all of it with visual power and editorial clarity across every platform.
The solution was a system, not a set of individual pieces.
One language that scales to every need.

02 — Visual System A strict grid structures all information into defined zones — primary hierarchy in massive bold type, secondary data in outline, contextual information in small caps at the margins. Gold and black as the dominant palette: premium, dark, high contrast. The system covers match plates, team presentations, tournament stages, quotes and countdowns — all speaking the same visual language.

03 — Motion Typography animates by moving through the frame with weight and momentum. Transitions use color cuts combined with continuous movement — a motion started in one plate carries into the next, creating flow without cuts. A subtle typographic deformation adds dynamic energy without breaking legibility. The result is a system that feels alive and editorial at the same time.
